Enjoy a menu that celebrates local and seasonal ingredients served at the peak of freshness. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Island Harvest, a leading hunger-relief organization that provides food and other resources to people in need. Always treating those it helps with dignity and respect, its goal is to end hunger and reduce food waste on Long Island through efficient food collection and distribution, enhanced hunger-awareness and nutrition-education programs, job training and direct services targeted at children, senior citizens, veterans and others at risk of food insecurity.
The full Local Harvest menu includes:
- Peach Crudo – Red beets, watermelon radish, basil vinaigrette. Paired with a Bedell First Crush White Blend.
- Baby Arugula and Pecans – Shaved Gouda, red onion, golden raisins, spiced Cabernet vinaigrette. Paired with a Barrel Head Cellars Chardonnay.
- Montauk Scallops – Braised radicchio, cauliflower puree, olive tapenade. Paired with a Wölffer Estate Rosé.
- Cider-Brined Pork Loin – Caramelized sunchokes, oyster mushrooms, gremolata. Paired with an Elouan Pinot Noir.
- Pear and Cranberry Crumble – Vanilla gelato, caramel, orange zest. Paired with an A to Z Bubbles Sparkling Rosé.
The tasting menu is available for $50 per person, or $70 including wine pairings. Menu items are also available a la carte.
