The Long Island Caribbean American Heritage Festival is held annually at the Eisenhower Park, in Long Island, and celebrates the artistic and cultural richness of the Caribbean-American communities that play an important part in the fabric of Long Island.
Now in its 5th year of existence the Festival is a staple summer attraction on the Nassau County events calendar and attracts approximately 3,000 people annually and continues to grow. The Caribbean American Heritage Festival will be held this year on Saturday, June 14th, 2014 at the Harry Chapin Lakeside Amphitheater, located in Eisenhower Park in the heart of Nassau County and is free to the public and facilitates cross-cultural camaraderie and multicultural synergy. Highlights of the day will comprise entertainment, food from across the Caribbean American diaspora, as well as adult and children activities including a golf tournament. Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in the auto showcase featuring latest Makes and Models from local businesses such as Hassel BMW of Freeport, Mercedes Benz of Massapequa, Bical Chevrolet, South Shore Hyundai and many more.
The Festival will be promoted through extensive marketing and promotional initiatives including a variety of media outlets such as social media, online, radio, print, amongst others in the New York area.
