The Lessing’s Hospitality Group’s Main Street Restaurants honored Autism Awareness Month in April with a special wine give back. At Finnegan’s (5 Wall Street, Huntington, NY (631) 423-9696), Library Café (274 Main Street, Farmingdale, NY (516) 752-7678), Maxwell’s (501 Main Street, Islip, NY (631) 210-0011), Post Office Café (130 West Main Street, Babylon, NY (631) 669-9224), and Southside (5 Third Avenue, Bayshore, NY (631) 665-9596) ten percent of all proceeds from OneHope Wine sales was donated to “Dine Out 4 Autism.” The movement raises funds in support of autism research. In total, $1,300 was donated to the Eden II & Genesis Foundation, the Long Island organization that benefited from the “Dine Out 4 Autism.” OneHope Wine is a Cabernet Sauvignon from California featuring juicy dark berries and black plums with hints of violet and chocolate nuances that linger into the finish.
