Despite any anxieties, it is through our repeated choice of focus, attitude, and outlook, and how we express these—regardless of our circumstances—that we make our future. It is important that we choose as wisely as we can, moment by moment, within our capacity.

Through discussions, interactive exercises, and movement, we will explore how to use your power to choose and live with more peace and achieve more success. You will take steps towards being the best version of yourself.
The event is led by Tildet, an inner mastery specialist with a history of exciting, mind-opening events and talks. Join us for inspiration, experiential exercises, stimulating ideas, and a welcoming community!
Note: there is an optional afternoon session that will offer group coaching and experiential work to implement and experience more deeply the topics we explore during the morning session. The afternoon group will be limited to 20 people in order to allow closer work and sharing, so join in if you can!
