On March 7th, 10 bars and restaurants will come together for the March of The Leprechauns, a St. Paddy’s Day Themed Pub Crawl and Celebration.
The “March” comes in the wake of the wildly successful SantaCon, a holiday themed pub crawl where participants dress up as Santa Claus. Where SantaCon is a well known pub crawl celebrated throughout the world, The “March” is unique to Riverhead. Participants are expected to dress as “all things Irish” according to Nicole Evers of the Suffolk Theater. “People really went all out for SantaCon, I can’t wait to see what people think of for The March!”.
Bracelets are being sold by all stops, as well as online and over the phone through the Suffolk Theater’s box office. Net proceeds from the bracelets will go to the East End Emerald Society in support of the Jamesport St. Patrick's Day Parade as well as towards Maureen's Haven, to help benefit the homeless of Riverhead.
