Since SIRA cannot host our annual Memorial Day 5K in a Staten Island park, we felt it's more important than ever to keep this tradition alive while encouraging runners and walkers to stay active. We can all still get out to run or walk in our local neighborhood or park while maintaining appropriate social distancing guidelines, and raise funds to support those who are fighting on the front lines to keep us healthy and safe.

Once you run or walk your 5K between May 23 and May 26, you'll be able to post your finisher time and see all finisher results.

The net proceeds raised will support hospitals, healthcare workers, first line defenders and food distribution organizations to help Staten Islanders and New Yorkers survive and triumph during these incredibly difficult times.

    Richmond University Medical Center
    Meals on Wheels
    Project Hospitality
    Volunteer Heart Ambulance
    MakerSpace NYC
    Staten Island High School Track & Field Association

Runners and walkers can choose their level of support:

    $10: receive a commemorative bib
    $25: receive a medal and commemorative bib
    $35: receive a technical t-shirt, medal and commemorative bib
    $250: Super Sponsorship includes a logo on the t-shirt
    $100: Sponsor In Honor includes name of someone "In Honor Of" or "In Memory Of" on t-shirt
