This annual fundraiser for the museum features minerals for both the beginner and advanced collector, and there will also be a limited number of fossils and shells available for sale. During this open house weekend there is no admission charge to the museum and you can explore the museum's worldwide collection of minerals, fossils and butterflies. You can also visit the Heitz Place Courthouse jail which houses the museum's artifacts and photos of Hicksville history. The sale is on the second floor of the museum and is not handicap accessible, but all first floor exhibits are.
