Join us for Mommy and Me Yoga Series at The ROOT in Oakdale taught by Lauren and assisted by Tiffany, The ROOT sisters. This series of classes will support moms connecting with their babies physically, mentally and spiritually.
Lauren will safely guide a yoga practice that aids in the development of motor and sensory skills for your baby. The simple stretches and yogic poses can help your baby gain self and environmental awareness. For you as a mom, practicing yoga with your baby will contribute to a happier, stronger, calmer mom, which makes for a happier calmer stronger baby.
Vibrational soothing music will be played to encourage relaxation. Many babies are also calmed or entertained by the “chanting” that go along with some of the postures.
Tiffany will offer massage techniques to practice with your baby and provide Essential Oil recommendations to support the well-being of both you and your baby!
