In order to keep ourselves balanced, we must do more than exercise. We must be calm, meditate and practice yoga. Balancing the energy wheels that run up and down our bodies...CHAKRAS...You will learn about all the chakras, each week...We will do a different practice for a few chakras, then do a balancing exercise for all chakras.
This is an all levels class. We are LIVE STREAMING on Zoom. It is a beautiful way to social distance and meet people in a wonderful wellness tribe. We will breathe, stretch, meditate and then practice community by saying hi to each other.
