"In this virtual tutored tasting, participants will have the opportunity to take part in an online discussion pairing four Twin Stills Distillery, makers of Long Island O'Oldtymer, moonshines with four Cabot Creamery Cooperative cheeses. Patricia Cunha of Twin Stills will walk participants through the pairing discussing the style and qualities of each moonshine selected to create a unique tasting experience with the designated cheeses. She'll also give participants a virtual tour of the distillery and discuss the distilling process to create moonshine.
The moonshine varieties that will be paired in this tasting are Apple Pie, Honey, Strawberry and Coffee. The Cabot Creamery cheeses that will accompany the moonshine are NY Extra Sharp, Pepper Jack, Legacy Collection Alpine, and Colby Jack.
Each ticket ($49) is designed to be enjoyed by 2+ participants, and contains:
- (4) 50ml bottles of moonshine - four different styles; one of each
- (4) bricks of each cheese - ranging between 6-8oz.
- Access to the 1hr virtual tutored tasting conducted via video conference
- Direct shipping to the purchaser's home in New York (no PO boxes)
