The Muttontown Horsemen’s Association’s Equine Festival featuring the award-winning “Spirit of Long Island”mounted drill team, will take place at the bucolic Muttontown Preserve on Sunday, May 20, 2018 from 12p.m. to 4p.m. The free annual event showcases many of Long Island’s finest equestrians, including demonstrations by the Meadowbrook Polo Club, Natural Horsemanship by Sonny Garguilo, Equipped Horsemanship Trainer Mike Simonetti, Cutting Demo by Wayne and Lia Indianhead Ranch, Smithtown Hunt, Todd Wilhem & Mac and Hunter/Jumper Demo by Cindy Laskow. A host of activities are also provided for children, including Uncle Carmine’s Traveling Zoo, pony rides, face-painting, games and treats.
