The National Weather Service in Upton has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 PM this evening to 6 am EDT Sunday. * Winds...east 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. * Timing...late this evening and overnight. * Impacts...greatest impacts will be closer to the immediate shorelines. Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power lines. Scattered power outages are expected. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph, or gusts of 46 to 57 mph, are expected or occurring.
