The Springs Tavern has added new seasonal dishes to summer their menu. The menu, crafted by Executive Chef Sean Rafferty focuses on local and seasonal ingredients. New menu items, subject to change, include:
Small Plates
Seared Tuna $15
Seared and peppercorn crusted fresh local tuna served pickled ginger, raspberry vinaigrette, wasabi and ginger
Bruschetta $14
Fresh local diced tomatoes, garlic, extra virgin olive oil, basil and hand-made mozzarella
Salads
Capri Salad $14
Local tomatoes, hand made mozzarella, basil, shaved red onion, topped with balsamic reduction
Lobster Salad $25
Hand-picked local lobster meat tossed with a hint of mayo, celery and red onion served in a farm fresh local tomato
Sandwiches
Classic Lobster Roll $25
Tender chucks of lobster meat served with a hint of mayo, celery and onion on a hot dog bun with coleslaw and French fries
Entrées
Chicken Milanese $21
Panko crusted fried chicken served with fresh seasonal salad and Sean’s mystery sauce
BBQ Combo Plate $22
