"In 1989, the Moscow Festival Ballet was founded with the goal of bringing their tradition of Russian Ballet to the world. As their popularity grew, they created the Russian National Ballet as a sister troupe. With a deep knowledge of classical ballet and character dance and their combined vast performance experience, the company gained notoriety, respect and a following around the world.
Since its premiere at the Bolshoi Theatre in 1945, Serge Prokofiev’s CINDERELLA has inspired a great many choreographers to bring their own signature to this imaginative work based on the well-known story. Come see this lavish and humorous family-friendly production of this all-time favorite, with a special early 7:00 pm curtain for all ages."
