"Self Care Sunday Yoga is presented free of charge by the Beat Lives On. The Beat Lives On is a non profit organization working to help revitalize Lindenhurst, to promote wellness, a healthy lifestyle and to help those on their path to recovery. The Beat Lives On would like to give back by offering free yoga to be held once a month, so please join us in support of our community.
When: Sundays 5/19, 6/23, 7/28, 8/11 and 9/15 (weather permitting)
Where: Lindenhurst Village Square (Gazebo at the intersection of Hoffman and Wellwood Avenue)
Time: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
*Bring your own yoga mat. Water, snacks and tank tops will be available for purchase.
