This safety and self-defense class (age 50+) teaches you low-key martial arts movements and exercises, and some meditation included. Come alone or bring a friend. No experience required. Just come on in! This class covers traditional martial arts techniques, and goes beyond a typical self-defense class (such as learning kata's, kicks, and martial arts etiquette). Grand Master Gene Perceval, the instructor, has been teaching for over fifty seven years.
Cost:
You get two free sessions. Bring a friend, and you get an extra free session for each new friend you bring. After that, regular tuition applies (pay $99 for 5 sessions. Each payment series is 5 sessions). You can enter this class during any session you'd like, regardless of your skill level or experience.
