Winter Social Skills groups at North Shore Youth Council begin January 14th!
Our groups are a great resource for kids to better learn how to appropriately connect with their peers, build confidence, and learn skills to help in their interactions as they go through life. We have a rolling admission policy and are always accepting new applicants.
Groups meet weekly in 8 week sessions and are facilitated by Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Dana Ellis. We are located on the grounds of the Joseph A. Edgar School on Rocky Point Landing Road in Rocky Point.
We have groups for children ages 6-8, children ages 9-11, and preteens & adolescents.
Groups begin January 14th and run through March 18th
Mondays: 5:00pm-6:00pm, 6:15pm-7:15pm, or 7:30pm-8:30pm
Thursdays: 5:00pm-6:00pm, 6:15pm-7:15pm, or 7:30pm-8:30pm
The cost is $160.00, with a $25.00 initial intake and processing fee for new enrollees. Payment plans are available and scholarships may be awarded to families who qualify.
