The Backyard Restaurant at Solé East Resort is continuing their Montauk Summer Series with a dinner featuring Rome-based food and beverage expert, Katie Parla, on Friday, August 17thfrom 7 to 10 p.m. The evening will include a multi-course dinner featuring dishes from her acclaimed cookbook, Tasting Rome: Fresh Flavors and Forgotten Recipes from an Ancient City, complete with beer and wine pairings. Guests will also receive a free copy of the book. The menu, subject to change, includes:
