Please bring a yoga mat, blanket/pillow/eye mask, bolster if needed. Please wear comfortable/loose clothing.
We will begin on time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to set up & settle in. It is greatly appreciated That the No talking and silence rule is embraced, as this is a moment out of our day to tune into our selves, the sounds of the universe and the subtle sounds of the frequencies around us.
