VIEW, a riverfront destination overlooking the Great South Bay, is hosting a special wine pairing dinner on Friday, February 2 at 7 p.m. featuring wines from Sparkling Pointe. The evening begins with a passed hors d’oeuvres reception followed by a five-course menu, each course expertly paired with a Sparkling Pointe wine. Wine maker Gilles Martin will be on-site to share tasting notes and to speak about each wine. Cost is $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
