Communication seems like something we do every day, so we should all be quite good at it.
And yet, we often see conflicts happening and not resolving, whether at the workplace, or between couples, friends, or parents and children.
There is an approach which allows each person to express what they want and need, and yet invite in the other person or people to a more authentic and more collaborative relationship.
Being present, choosing words based on profound principles and based on awareness in the moment, and listening with an open mind are some of the basic methods for improving communication. But there are more specifics to it.
