The Sisters Providing Opportunities Charitable Alliance, Incorporated would like to invite you all to our 2019 Scholarship Brunch on Saturday, November 23, 2019 at Obsession Banquet Hall. We will be honoring women who have played a role in addressing societal injustices. In addition, there will be entertainment by the gospel duo AJ Spence
All proceeds will benefit scholarships for youth within the Long Island community.
Background:
The purpose of Sisters Providing Opportunities Charitable Alliance, Incorporated is to promote charitable, civic, educational and cultural activities; to participate with individuals, institutions and other community organizations in promoting similar functions and activities.
We serve youth and families all across the world. However, the majority of our efforts and resources are invested in the youth and families who reside on Long Island, New York. Through our philanthropic efforts, we award book scholarships to graduating HS Seniors who reside in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Furthermore, we provide grassroots programs and events throughout Long Island in the form of health forums, education/career fairs, community outreach, community beautification, and more.
