The five-course tasting menu incorporates the unique flavors of the iconic black truffle with expertly paired world-class wines. The Spring Truffle Festival menu includes:

  • Crab & Asparagus Salad – poached egg, lemon thyme aioli, candied bacon, black truffle shavings
  • Black Truffle Burrata – grilled peaches, hazelnuts, Prosciutto di Parma
  • Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe – Pecorino Romano, shaved black truffles, fresh black pepper, micro basil
  • Slow-Roasted Lamb Shoulder – spring carrot puree, pickled rainbow radish, black truffle shavings
  • Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cake – black truffle gelato, chocolate truffle glaze, candied cashews
