Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, specializing in small plates that put modern twists on Italian classics and fine wines from around the world, invites guests to enjoy its Sparkling Wine Dinner at its location in Garden City, NY on Thursday, May 2 at 7pm.

To celebrate the effervescence and vitality of spring, Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas has developed a five-course tasting menu paired with an international selection of sparkling wines.

The full Sparkling Wine dinner menu includes:

  • Violet Cove Oyster – Apple, cucumber, horseradish, Prosecco Mignonette. Paired with Sparkling Pointe Topaz Imperial Brut Rosé.
  • Crab & Asparagus – Poached farm egg, grilled white asparagus, candied bacon, blue crab meat. Paired with Cavicchioli & Figli Lambrusco di Sorbara Vigna del Cristo.
  • Crescent Farms Duck Breast – Strawberry rhubarb balsamic, fennel fronds, smoked paprika. Paired with Sparkling Pointe Brut.
  • Butter Braised Pork Belly – Orange carrot purée, pear mostarda. Paired with Langmann Pet Nat.
  • Blackbert Camembert with Ash – Roasted black mission figs, parsley, EVOO. Paired with Sparkling Pointe Cuvée Carnaval Sec.
