Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, specializing in small plates with modern twists to Italian classics and fine wines around the world, invites guests to attend its St. Supéry Wine Dinner on Thursday, March 21 at 7 p.m.
At the dinner, guests can experience French château tradition combined with Napa Valley terroir. It will feature 100-percent estate-grown, certified Napa Green wines produced in the renowned Rutherford growing region. Chef Ryan Keough’s five-course tasting menu includes dishes such as Violet Cove Oyster – Apple, cucumber, horseradish, prosecco mignonette, Sourdough Pesto Bruschetta – Pine nut pesto, fire-roasted artichokes, pecorino, red pepper, and Cabernet Braised Veal Short Rib – Orange carrot glaze, snow peas, lemon sage vinaigrette, with featured wines including 2017 St. Supéry Sauvignon Blanc, a 2016 St. Supéry Cabernet Sauvignon and a 2014 St. Supéry Merlo.
