Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, specializing in small plates that put modern twists on Italian classics and world class wines, invites guests to enjoy its MerryVale Wine Dinner at its location in The Gallery at Westbury Plaza in Garden City, NY on Thursday, November 16 at 7:00 p.m.

 

Executive Chef Ryan Keough has developed a five course tasting menu paired with wines from Merryvale Vineyards – which includes complex, rich, balanced and expressive wines of Napa Valley fruit. Winemaker Simon Faurys pays meticulous attention to detail when it comes to handpicking grapes in small batches, and uses custom-made Riger tanks tailored specifically for the character of grapes in each vineyard block.

 

Guest speaker Phil Corrente, Merryvale Vineyards brand ambassador, will provide tasting notes throughout the dinner.
