At the Stress Management Workshop you will master a variety of stress management tools that can be pulled out of your "toolbox" and applied immediately whenever confronted with a stressful situation. Skills learned include recognizing and challenging negative self-talk, overcoming fear, meditation/breathing techniques, assertion/communication skills, time management and so much more! Small, upbeat groups meet for 2 hours for each of the 7 workshops dates. Optional follow up workshops are available for those who would like on-going support. Join us and start creating the life you were meant to live!
