With everything that is going on in today's world many of us are suffering negatively from the effects of stress. Please join Dr. Deborah McElligott of the Center for Wellness & Integrative Medicine at Northwell Health for a virtual program on STRESS REDUCTION on Wednesday, June 10, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. This progrm is Free and open to the community.
"Social distancing has led many among us to feel isolated and disrupted," sadid Dr. McElligott. "Attending this program will help people to manage their stress and anxiety, while increasing their experience of well-being." Dr. McElligott is a board certified Adult & Holistic Nurse Practitioner and an Integrative Health & Wellness Coach. She is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra-Northwell Health.
