Every one of us experiences depression from time to time, or knows someone who does, and for some of us, it’s persistent and debilitating. Buddha’s teachings can open up new perspectives for us based in wisdom and compassion, and by learning and engaging in some traditional meditations and practices, we can develop some effective ways to work with depression.
