The Commack School District will be packing boxes for soldiers stationed overseas and for recently wounded soldiers at Walter Reed Hospital. As the wounded recuperate, they are in need of household items for their families. The packages will be sent to our troops for the holidays. We are designating this week for all donations. Boxes will be placed in all schools for donations. Some items that have been requested include:

Sports magazines
Stationary/pens

Q-Tips

Chips/pretzels/snacks
Breakfast bars

Manicure Sets & more!
This year, even though appreciated, they asked us to sustain from sending chocolates.
Last drop off date is November 7th, bins will be picked up on November 10th.
