Syosset Holiday Lighting Spectacular

Bundle up the kids and get ready for one of Syosset’s most eagerly anticipated annual events!  On Sunday, December 7, the Syosset-Woodbury Chamber of Commerce presents its 17^th Annual Holiday Lighting Spectacular at the Astoria Bank Plaza in downtown Syosset.  Beginning at 4:00pm (with complimentary snacks and warm refreshments served at 3:30pm), the event is highlighted by a one-hour holiday concert, the lighting of the community Christmas tree and menorah, and a visit from Santa Claus. 

This year’s concert will feature performances by some of Syosset’s most talented vocalists and dancers.  Plus, Santa will be available for photos with children (please bring a camera!). 

The Syosset Holiday Lighting Spectacular typically draws upwards of 500 enthusiastic community members, so be sure to arrive early to find a parking spot.  Dress warm, but don’t let a little late-day chill keep you away.  The memory of this event will long outlast a few shivers!  (Note:  Rain/Snow date is Sunday, December 14)
