Tai Chi Chuan is a unique practice that improves well-being, energy, and overall health and balance. The practice of Tai Chi opens a fuller experience of self and others, as well as increased vitality. Learn the Yang Short Form and improve your everyday life.

The teacher, David Alexander, has practiced and taught for over 40 years. He brings his deep training into each class to benefit the participants in well-being and health.

Enjoy daily life with less stress and more vitality! In addition to feelings of well-being, research shows lowered blood pressure and dramatically improved balance and reduced falls even a year after a relatively short period of practice.

Join a friendly group and find out about this path to improved wellness from an expert.

Wear loose clothing, and comfortable footwear, socks, or bare feet -- and prepare to expand yourself!

Master David Alexander is a certified teacher and advanced diplomate of the prestigious William C.C. Chen Tai Chi Chuan school. He has been teaching Tai Chi Chuan since 1995, and helps students of this practice experience increased grounding and greater energy for well-being and fitness.
