"Tai Chi is an internal martial art known for its slow, fluid movements. Qi gong is a system of techniques emphasizing posture, breathing, and meditation. This class will combine aspects of both from the physical therapist’s perspective in an effort to improve attention and awareness, mental clarity and emotional calm, and physical well-being."
