Come experience the healing benefits of movement with this Tai Chi offering. This series will balance your mind, your spirit, your body and restore vibrant health within you.
Judith has developed a standing meditation program based on the ancient arts of Tai Chi, Qigong and Meridian Therapy. Through this practice you will increase your balance and flexibility, strengthen your bones, and sharpen your mind. Your aches, pains, and stress will be alleviated, and your sleep quality will increase. You will learn to “be in the moment”, quiet the “chatter”, and release what no longer serves you.
Class structure:
10 minutes: joint loosening, balance practice and meridian therapy
20 minutes: Qigong and energy breathing
20 minutes: guided practice in Yang long form
10 minutes: meditation, healing five organs and five senses
