Aside from the physical benefits of yoga teaches teens techniques for coping with the unique issues they're faced with everyday—insecurity about their changing bodies, the enormous pressure to fit in, stressful schedules, and uncertainty about their beliefs and their futures. Teen yoga at Groovy Lotus is about learning how to meditate, teen style. We then move our bodies, learn vinyasa and share in the experience. There is room for discussion, questions and building a community safe for teens to explore their true selves. Only $15 a week. Register online.
