The Healthy Guru is the hottest wellness and beauty event in the Hamptons. Hosted by Beth Stern, the event brings together fitness, wellness, fashion, beauty, and nutrition by combining the greatest wellness and beauty brands including Soul Cycle, Exhale, and Lululemon, in one location on one day. Guests will be able to work up a sweat in classes, rejuvenate and relax with a mobile mediation center, and meet influencers who will be speaking about how best to keep your body fit.
Classes will be available throughout the day from well-known organizations including KIMA | Center for Physiotherpay and Wellness, Erika Bloom Pilates, Five Pillars Yoga,Bode NYC, Exhale, East Side Dance Co., and JBYoga. A mobile meditation and relaxion studio from BE TIMEwill be on site for those looking to relax and rejuvenate, and for those who prefer retail therapy, there will be shoppable activewear pop ups from Lululemon and Wear it to Heart. Small bites will be provided by Hamptons Farms and wine from Clifton Dry.
