The New Metaphysical Poets is a multi-media performance group_ consisting of poetry, art and music with a thematic vision of Fantasy, Science Fiction, the Mystical and Astro-Physics.
The group is a longstanding music and poetry collaboration between Scott Grimando and the artist known as Scot Zoid with a performance by his group Paradox Engine and additional collaborations.
The Nova Sanctuary is a relatively new and unexploited art and spiritual healing space on the waterfront in Oceanside.
They feature regular art and music mash ups as well as alternative and holistic health services, an art gallery, community events and even an isolation pod.
It’s a truly inspiring location.
As always, The New Metaphysical Poets performances are accompanied by the innovative music & reactionary improvisation of Scot Zoid.
The root of the group is a longstanding music and poetry collaboration between the artist and poet Scott Grimando and the musician and writier known as ScotZoid.
From the beginning they expanded the scope of the project by adding additional voices and musicians.
