Join Walter Crow for this three hour experiential workshop in shamanism. If you have ever wanted a hands-on introduction to shamanism and are curious about how to meet your power animal, this is a workshop for you!
Walter will guide you on your first journeys into the spirit world where you will meet your power animal. He will also provide a background on how the practice works and some of the benefits of shamanism.
No prior shamanic training is needed, all are welcome. Please bring a comfortable eye-covering, such as a bandana, a journal and pen to record your experiences, warm, comfy socks and a rattle if you have one.
*Shamanic journeying is traditionally done lying down, so please feel free to bring a yoga mat or blanket for basic comfort. Accommodations can be made to journey while sitting upright or in a chair.
