Scattered power outages are expected. Precautionary/preparedness actions... A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds of 31 to 39 mph, or gusts of 46 to 57 mph, are expected or occurring. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles, in open areas, and on elevated roads and bridges. Use extra caution. , "Special Statement" A combination of very cold temperatures and plenty of residual moisture and leftover standing water on area roads will freeze, or remain frozen. This will lead to areas of black ice. The Survival Race Winter edition, minus the mud. Don’t worry, you can still enjoy a great, 5K course with tons of exciting obstacles. Let’s face it, NO ONE wants to shower up outside in the winter, but that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy all the other great challenges on the course.
