Sandbar serves a special three-course prix fixe menu every Monday through Thursday from 5 to 7 p.m. Cost is $32 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling the restaurant directly at 631-498-6188. Menu selection, subject to change, includes:
