As fall produce continues to ripen, True Food Kitchen in Garden City located at Roosevelt Field Mall announces a limited time seasonal menu item, the Truffle Honey & Pear Flatbread. Available October 6 – December 28 both in-store and online, the crispy artisan flatbread is topped with roasted butternut squash and cashew puree, sliced organic pear, whipped goat cheese and walnut, finished with organic arugula and lightly dressed with a slightly sweet and savory truffle honey. The limited time offer complements True Food Kitchen’s recent fall menu launch featuring familiar feel-good favorites as well as new, crave-worthy creations. As always, True Food Kitchen’s flavor-forward menu is carefully crafted with seasonal produce at the peak of its freshness and flavor – with fall’s harvest providing roasted butternut squash, toasted mulberries, brussels sprouts and pomegranates for guests to enjoy.
