Elmont Memorial Library's annual Veterans Day Program in honor of those who served in the armed forces of our country. Program includes presentation of the colors by the American Legion Post 1033(Elmont) and participation by the Elmont based Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts troops. There will be patriotic readings and the singing of our National Anthem and God Bless America. Music is provided by the Freeport Community Band, a nearly 100 year old organization. No fee and the public is welcome.
