The Holocaust Memorial & Tolerance Center of Nassau County (HMTC) presents a virtual series of Chair Yoga classes on Zoom, facilitated by yoga instructor Jolie, that will take place on six Wednesdays in November and December.

What Are Your Core Values and How Do They Determine Your Actions?
This series of adaptive yoga classes is perfect for all ages and abilities. As you move from head to toe, utilize the chair as much or as little as you need to support yourself. You will leave feeling stronger and more relaxed.
