"Two health-full days of workshops and activities designed to harness the healing power of art and nature for the heart, mind, body and soul. Join us as we collectively take time to breathe, immersing ourselves in a broad-ranging slate of programs that will promote stress relief, inspire self-care and restore well-being for people of all ages, experiences, and abilities.
Programs take advantage of the rich and unique resources of the 145-acre museum campus which includes formal and native plant gardens, hiking trails, outdoor sculpture, art studios and galleries full of fine art. This program is offered in partnership with Northwell Health, The Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine with workshops offered by Lisa Bondy E-RYT500, Director of Yoga."
