Wölffer Estate Vineyards was founded in 1988 on eastern Long Island. The vineyard and the people working have always had a great vision and a huge passion for life. Roman Roth meticulously manages fifty-five pristine acres and uses traditional wine making techniques while always having an eye toward innovation. His goals are to make elegant wines that are food-friendly and built for longevity.

Well-integrated oak and wonderful minerality with spiciness round out the wine with elegance and playfulness.

Well-balanced by round, ripe tannins with great layers and good structure. The finish is long with nice toasted oak, almonds and minerality.
