This class is free for the first two sessions, then regular tuition applies. Just come on in! This class is our regular women's self-defense class which runs for one hour every Friday night at the Platinum Performance Dance Academy in Wantagh, NY. Currently, we already have two regular students. We rent one of the rooms for the hour; afterall, we're a traveling martial arts school. You're welcome to join this class or any future class at any point. This Friday night class is an ongoing women's self-defense class that teaches women how to effectively learn how to handle assault, rape, and abduction. It covers traditional martial arts techniques and is specific to real life situations. It is NOT a martial arts class -- it is self-defense.
