This safety and self-defense class is a follow-up to the first one. If you didn't attend the first one, you will be able to follow along with this class just as easily. This class specifically designed for women to effectively learn to handle sexual assault. Grand Master Gene Perceval, the instructor, has been teaching for over fifty seven years. This class covers traditional martial arts techniques and advocates for a world focused on respect, harmony, inspiration, and living in calmness of mind. Put your mind as ease after attending this event, that whenever you're out alone, or any where else, you can feel safer.
