The award-winning Claude’s Restaurant, at the Southampton Inn, brings the distinguished taste of the Hamptons all holiday season and year-round for visitors to the Village of Southampton, New York. Executive Chef James Carpenter, with the help of Sous Chef Pete Ammar, at Claude’s Restaurant serve hearty helpings of this season’s specialty entrees. Claude’s Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, dinner and prix fixe all night Sunday through Thursday and 5pm-6:30pm on Friday and Saturday. Throughout the year guests can also enjoy unique offerings and live entertainment from celebrated concert musicians, jazz bands and acoustic guitarists.
