Start your weekend off with a gentle hatha flow designed to help you forget your week and energize you for the weekend.
This yoga class is desgned to stretch and open your body and poses will be held for a longer period of time (3-5 breaths).
Meet in front of concession stand/comfort station at Field 2 (walk straight down to shoreline if you're running late -- in front of lifeguard station).
Bring beach towel/blanket/sarong/mat and any props you may need or use.
