Join Lauren for this athlete based yoga practice. Lauren comes from an athletic background ranging from soccer, lacrosse, swimming and surfing. She first was introduced to the yoga practice in high school as a way of preventing injury.
This class will help you with your specific sport or activity enhancing athletic performance, preventing injuries and increasing flexibility. Find ways to cross-train and become stronger in your sport. Great for all levels of athletes.
